The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. I was impressed that the room featured a steamer for clothes, a thoughtful addition. The on-site restaurant was beautifully decorated. I really enjoyed the ambiance. The bed provided restful sleep (super comfy!).
The absence of a refrigerator in the room was only a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is centrally located near the city hall and tivoli park. i found the staff to be very friendly. i was given a very large room. The bathroom was almost too big. the metro station is close, as is the beginning of the shopping street.

the room lacked air conditioning and a fridge, that was a real problem. breakfast was pretty limited and monotonous. the hotel location is near a square, it has many events so it got noisy. it wasn't very good.
